her and her class did the sachiko charm because their teacher thought it would be fun to do.
she witnessed most of her classmates get killed

Yuuya because obsessed with and rapes her multiple times though out the story.

if you save her in the game you can convince Sachiko mother to help you.

she dies in the anime.
In the game it is unknown what happens to her if you don't save her though it has been hinted that Yuuya kills her.
In the manga she gets offered the chance to leave ( because she figured out the puzzle/riddle ) but stays to help other students that get trapped thoughout time. you see her save Yuuma in Another Child. it is shown she has learned to survive now. though because of what she has done to survive she often questions her morals.
